General conditions (individual reservations):

 

If canceled up to 5 days before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge a fee.

 

In case of late cancellation after 5 days and up to 2 days before the arrival date, the hotel requires 100% of the first night's amount.

 

In the event of a no-show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

 

You must stay at home in the following cases:

 

- In case of symptoms (sneezing, sore throat, runny nose, slight cough) and/or a certificate from your doctor

- In the event of force majeure, establishments must temporarily close (restaurant and/or hotel)

 

A gift voucher for the value of your deposit will be sent to you.

 

We first ask you to notify us as soon as possible by telephone.

 

Then an email will be necessary from you with an explanation of your situation, so that we can do what is necessary.
